Psychologists, therapists, and coaches spend too much time on admin. We build software that handles it, so they can get back to their clients.
Our story
It started with a simple observation: independent psychologists and coaches in the Netherlands spend hours per week on administration that should be automated. Creating invoices, sending reminders, managing calendars. Time that could be better spent with clients.
The existing solutions were disappointing. American software that doesn't fit the Dutch market. Dutch software that feels like it was designed in 2010. And all of them focus on insured care with complex declarations, while more and more practitioners work with self-paying clients.
We saw an opportunity: modern, simple practice software. With WhatsApp reminders, because 98% of the Netherlands uses WhatsApp. With Dutch invoices that meet all requirements. And with a price that is fair.
